4. Jamás, en ningún caso y bajo ninguna circunstancia la ley debe permitir que un ser humano disponga a su antojo de la vida de un semejante. Tras miles de años de evolución yo diría que hemos llegado por fin a un acuerdo básico sobre esto.
1. The embryo (and even more so the fetus) is a living being. Think there is no doubt of this.
2 It is a being of mankind live (this nor is there doubt, since it comes from the union of gametes of such species, its genome is human, etc...)
3. Therefore, if it is a living of the human species being... is a human being!
4. Never, in no event and under no circumstances law must allow a human being to decide by willingness on if the other human being must live or not. After thousands of years of evolution, I would say that we have finally reached a basic agreement on this.
